HIGH RESOLUTION DATALOGGER FOR STRAIN GAGE MEASUREMENT

Reliable measurement of low level signals has always been a challenge. Measuring output from strain gages, thermocouples, heat flux sensors conventionally requires instrumentation amplifier to make the signal readable by Data Acquisition Systems.

FUSION has come up with a High Resolution Datalogger which can measure as low as 1 microvolt, thereby facilitating direct measurement of low level signals without the use of signal amplifiers

High Resolution Dataloggers are available for Differential/Single ended measurements. No of channels can be configured from 16/32/48 SE or 8/16/24 DI channels.

Provision has been made to log the timestamped data in the SD Card. The data is logged in .CSV Format, which can be easily analyzed using MS Excel. Optional, software for data analysis & report generation can be offered.

Optional feature is to transmit the captured data wirelessly through Bluetooth/ Wifi/xBee. The data can be logged on the FUSION server. This allows the data to be viewed online anytime, from anywhere. Mobile App is also available for Smartphone users.

Another optional feature is Touchscreen Display, which allows the datalogger to be used in standalone mode, providing real-time display and data logging simultaeneously.
